How does per-country pricing work?
Your price is set by two choices. (1) Country coverage — 1 country, 2 countries, or all countries. (2) Volume — your monthly unlock quota (Small / Medium / Large). You pick the billable countries you actually need from France, United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, Poland, Estonia. Belgium, Czechia, Finland are always included free and never count toward your tier.
Which countries can I pick, and which are free?
Billable (you pick these): France, United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, Poland, Estonia. The 1-country plan lets you pick any 1; the 2-country plan any 2; the All-countries plan gives you all 6. Always included free on every plan: Belgium, Czechia, Finland — these are fully searchable and unlockable and never consume a country slot.
What are the volume tiers (Small / Medium / Large)?
Volume = monthly unlock quota. Small = 50 unlocks/month, Medium = 500/month, Large = unlimited. Small is available on the All-countries plan only; the 1- and 2-country plans start at Medium.
What do I get on every paid plan?
The full company-intelligence dataset for your chosen countries: financials (revenue, EBITDA, net result), BODACC events + capital changes, director rosters (names + roles), plus web search, filters, CSV export and the REST API (search + detail endpoints).
What's an unlock?
1 unlock = 1 full company profile (financials, BODACC, director rosters, establishments) visible to you permanently. Once unlocked, you can revisit the company (web or API) without consuming another unlock — even after your plan renews.
How does the API count usage?
Two endpoints. (1) GET /api/v1/companies (search) is FREE and unmetered — only rate limits apply (100 req/min, 1000 req/h). Same as Apollo / Crunchbase basic search. (2) GET /api/v1/companies/{id} (full record + financials + director rosters) consumes 1 unlock and saves the company as unlocked forever. You can only unlock companies in the countries your plan covers.
Monthly vs annual billing?
Annual billing saves 10% versus paying monthly. Same plan, same features. Cancel any time — annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period (no proration refunds).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Companies you've already unlocked remain accessible to you forever, even after cancellation.
Can I change countries, plan or volume mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades (more countries or higher volume) take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Already-unlocked companies remain accessible regardless of plan changes.
Free trial?
Yes. Sign up for free — 50 unlocks on registration, then 20/month free forever. No card required. Upgrade when you need more countries or volume.
Is there an API rate limit?
Yes — 100 requests per minute per API key, 1,000 requests per hour per IP. This is anti-abuse infrastructure protection, not a paywall on top of your unlock quota. If you need higher throughput contact [email protected].
